• All information provided is accurate

AstroZiva provides:

• Chat / Call / Video consultations
• Live sessions
• Daily horoscope & Panchang
• Kundali & matching services
• Astrology products (AstroShop)
• Puja & remedy services

Services are based on belief systems and should be used responsibly.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

• Provide correct details (name, DOB, etc.)
• Use the platform for lawful purposes only
• Maintain respectful communication

❌ You must NOT:

• Abuse or harass astrologers
• Share personal contact details for off-platform interaction
• Attempt fraud or misuse

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

Payments:
All services are prepaid via wallet/payment gateway
Prices are displayed before booking

Refunds:
Refunds may be provided in case of:
- Technical failure
- Incomplete service

No refund for:
- Dissatisfaction with prediction
- Change of mind

Refund decisions are at AstroZiva’s discretion

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

AstroZiva clearly states:

• We do NOT guarantee accuracy
