User Responsibilities

Payments & Refunds
All services are prepaid. Refunds may be provided for technical failures or incomplete service, but not for dissatisfaction with predictions.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Eligible Refund Cases
- Technical fails (Call/Chat not connected)
- Astrologer no-show or unavailable after booking
- Duplicate payment error
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided for dissatisfaction with predictions or user error in entering birth details. Refund decisions are at AstroZiva’s discretion.
